Speaker & Performance Recordings
Need a full, no-frills recording of a speaker or performance? We can set up a static camera to capture the full session cleanly and professionally.

Interviews
We offer two main styles:

Person-on-the-Street: Casual, quick-turn interviews captured in the moment, usually during your event. We keep it simple with a lav mic and natural light.

Formal Interviews: Fully prepped and polished, with lighting, a clean background, and even a teleprompter available if you'd like.

Organization Promotional Videos
We’ll work with you to create a video that showcases your people, your impact, and your message in a way that feels authentic and engaging.

Drone Video
Need a dynamic aerial view? We’re fully licensed and insured for drone videography & photography and can incorporate sweeping, cinematic shots into your video.

Simple Motion Graphics
We can add simple graphics like name titles, logos, or text callouts to help your video feel polished and on-brand.

🚫 What We DON’T Do

RAW Footage Delivery
We don’t hand over unedited RAW clips, but we do offer something better: a clip library of high-quality, edited footage pulled from your shoot. It’s organized, beautiful, and ready to use.

Live-Streaming
We don’t currently offer live-streaming. Our strength is in creating compelling content that’s polished and ready for post-event sharing.

Super Glossy Commercial-Style Production
If you’re looking for a full-blown, high-budget commercial or cinematic ad, that’s outside of our scope. We focus on high-quality, story-driven content that fits real organizations and real people.

Keep in mind: timelines can shift a bit depending on the size of the project and the time of

year, but here’s the general flow:

1. We set the schedule together: We'll agree on delivery and feedback dates as a team.

2. You send us your assets: Logos, branding guides, any media you want included - send

those over before editing starts.

3. We send the first draft: Usually within 10 business days after the last shoot day (may

vary based on project scope).

4. You give us round 1 feedback: This is the time for big-picture changes or anything that

feels off.

5. We deliver a second draft: Typically 5-10 business days after we get your feedback.

6. You give round 2 feedback: These should be just light tweaks. Think polish, not

overhaul.

7. We deliver the final video: You get the finished product, ready to roll.

Clip libraries give you a set of 5-15 second, color-corrected clips to use for future video and social media projects. (note: professional video companies typically do not offer to deliver all of the un-corrected RAW footage to the client. The files are too large and filmed in a way (DLog color, etc) that is generally unusable for clients)
